Manufacturing
Facility
The organization is equipped with following manufacturing
facilities;

Inward
Inspection Facility: To inspect the mechanical & electrical components
at IQC it is having Vernier Caliper, LCR meter Sweemar
Generator,
Digital Multi- meter, Test Jigs for FBT, YOKE, TUNER.

Material
Storage Facility: The
material is stored in the main store with part description.
FIFO is followed in stores operations.

Auto
Insertion Facility: we have Auto Insertion Facility for Axial & Radial
Components. The set up includes 1 NO. Sequencer and
2 nos. VCD of Universal Make & 2 no Radial Machine
of Universal Make. The capacity of facility is to
do 60,000 nos. auto inserted PCB of CTV per month.

Forming Facility: Includes the axial component bending & cutting
machines. We have facility to cut and form loose
as well as taped components.

Manual Insertion Facility:Includes 2 Lines for manual components insertion to insert 2000 nos. color TV chassis per day.

Touch
up & Functional
Testing Line Facility: 2 Lines for manual components insertion.

CTV
Assembly Facility: 38 meter long SKD conveyor including 20 meter long
soaking line to assemble and test 400 CTV per day.

going Quality Assurance Check Facility:

for functional performance & burn in test
setup for reliability checking.
